Jeremy and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They were so polite and kind to us through the whole process. They trimmed back just enough of my stunning red maples to make them safer around the house but didn’t hack them to pieces like most people do. They had to take down a huge tree and it was so seamless. They stacked it neatly on the property line out of the way. The last tree was hanging over our house and they meticulously cut it to pieces and didn’t leave any debris on the roof or around the house. They cleaned everything up behind them and left no mess. Will 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking team.

I called several tree services when I needed the work done and Jeremy was the only one to get back to me, and he did so promptly. They were there within the week to assess. 100% recommend.
The crew took my half dead tree down today. They were professional and personable. They were on time and responsive to any question. I couldn’t have done better for quality of service and good value. Watching them blew my mind. Clean up exceptional. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

We hired trail based tree service after getting a few different quotes. Could not be happier with the service they provided! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs any size tree maintained or removed.
I hired Trail Based to work on a few trees at my property. I had a very specific budget and Jeremy respected that and did not try to get me to spend more, which i appreciate. He took the time to walk the property and show me what trimming would be done now and what he recommends for the future. Huge improvement to the trees and how the yard looks. Their clean up was spectacular! Great experience and service all around
Trail Based is incredible! They called me back the same day, were very courteous and professional. When Jeremy comes and talks to you, you know he is thorough and complete, he has a solid background and is very careful. This is the kind of guy that you want taking care of your yard/trees because he is HONEST and really that’s the part that’s hard to find. It doesn’t matter if it’s a large or small contract, or just a one time thing. They give you good prices and I really did my homework and am glad I went with Trail Based. I don’t often write reviews. My estimate was free, and there is no pressure. He easily could have tacked on 2-300 hundred more and didn’t because he can gauge what we really needed and what we didn’t. I prefer to hire someone who cares about the community and isn’t just out to rip off older people like so many tree/land companies here. Thanks so much!!

Polite, professional & affordable!! Left no trace of being there except the beautifully cut back limbs we asked to be cut & a specially cut log my dog pridefully carries around the yard now. Thanks Jeremy! Highly recommend.
5 stars for Jeremy at Trail Based! Had called multiple tree service companies and no one would show up! Jeremy came to the rescue and within a week of contacting him, was at our home trimming our very large tree. Professional, courteous, and very clean. We even learned a bit about trees and proper trimming techniques. Highly recommend, very reasonably priced.
Jeremy and his entire crew were nothing less than exceptional. If you're looking for a tree service, look no further. Trail Based LLC did a stellar job removing and trimming drooping branches and trees around my property. The results are night and day. The property looks much more open and clean! They left my yard spotless, and even went above and beyond cleaning up fallen branches that were there prior to them starting. Professional, courteous, and timely are just a few adjectives I would use to describe my experience with them. Their pricing was also far better than any other estimate I received from other companies. Thank you Jeremy and everyone from Trail Based LLC for giving my new home a much needed exterior face lift!
